Is Attacking Our Families
Call
to arms Brother’s and Sister’s in Christ!
Our
families are under attack by the devil and his hordes of
demons. The father of all lies has but one objective…
to take down the family! We as Christians need to be
aware that the devil uses whatever tools necessary to
accomplish this. His goal is simple… to destroy the
family structure and turn Christians away from God…
Daniel
8:24 “He will become very strong, but not by his own
power. He will cause astounding devastation and will
succeed in whatever he does. He will destroy the mighty
men and the holy people.”
Newsflash…
The devil focuses on the Christian family more than the
unbelievers and rejoices for each Christian he pulls
away from God! The devil’s primary goal is to destroy
our families and turn Christians away from God. His
tools are lies and deception:
John
8:44 “He was a murderer from the beginning, not
holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When
he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar
and the father of lies.”
Daniel
8:25 “He will cause deceit to prosper, and he will
consider himself superior. When they feel secure he will
destroy many and take his stand against the Price of
Prices. Yet he will be destroyed, but not by human
power!”
The devil
will use neighbors, friends, jobs, money problems, peer
pressure as well as unfaithfulness, deceit and lies to
take down the union that God joined together!!

Timothy 3:13 “While evil men and imposters will go
from bad to worse, deceiving and being deceived.”
He will
turn brother against brother, daughter against mother,
and son against father:
Luke
12:53 “They will be divided, father against son, and
son against father, mother against daughter and daughter
against mother, mother-in-law against daughter-in-law
and daughter-in-law against mother-in-law.”
We must,
as Christians stand strong and united defended by the
word of the living God:
Ephesians
6:10,11 “Finally, be strong in the Lord and in His
mighty power. Put on the full armor of God so that you
can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.”
We can
defeat Satan’s attack by standing on the word of God
and protect the family unit. Since Jesus Christ has
already defeated the devil and our faith will save our
family unit:
Acts
16:31 “They replied, Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ,
and you will be saved – you and your household.”
Our
victory and ammunition over the devil’s attacks are
found within the scripture, the most powerful saying:
“With God for us none can stand against us”…
Awakening Ministries understand the value of a family
unit. We know that the Bible tells us that the family
was brought about by God:
Psalm
68:6 “God sets the lonely in families, he leads forth
the prisoners with singing, but the rebellious live in a
sun-scorched land.”
We
encourage all Christians to follow the guidelines set
forth by God found within the Bible. Jesus Christ warned
us about greed and the family:
Proverbs
15:27 “A greedy man brings trouble to his family, but
he who hates bribes will live.”
The
trials and tribulations we must face:
Luke
12:52 “From now on there will be five in one family
divided against each other, three against two and two
against three”
God
promises that He will never put more on us than we can
handle!!
Awakening

believe that if each member follows these
responsibilities then the family will function
effectively and receive the blessing of God. Here are

loves him is careful to discipline him.”

1:8 “Listen, my son, to your Father’s instruction
and do not forsake your mother’s teaching.”

lacks nothing of value.”

The Bible
tells us that if we as Christians bind something on
earth it is bound in heaven:

16:19 “I will give you the keys of the kingdom of

heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed
in heaven.”
We know
these words to be true because God cannot lie:
Numbers
23:19 “God is not a man, that he should lie, nor a son
of man, that he should change his mind.”

families of God’s children. DEVIL, you were defeated
by Jesus Christ and now by his name and authority we
bind you!!! Be gone now in the name of Jesus Christ...
