Awakening Ministries, Inc has been called of God to assist Christians with spiritual growth, their personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and a closer walk with our Father in Heaven. We have been called by God to build up and unify the Body of Christ (Churches) through spiritual growth, the Holy Spirit and the word of the Living God. Locally your spirit filled congregation will unite with other spirit filled congregations within your geographical areas and growing under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Your Pastor (known as a messenger of God) will meet regularly with other Messengers who are united in Christ, and under the guidance of the Holy Spirit also joined with Awakening Ministries.

Your Messenger will share his visions with other Messengers, receive support spiritually, and guidance by the Holy Spirit to assist in the building up of your local congregation. This unification of Messengers as well as the local Bodies of Christ will enable every Christian to grow spiritually utilizing the precious gifts of the Holy Spirit, given to each and every Christian when we accepted Jesus Christ as our personal Lord and Savior. John 14:26 “But the Counselor, The Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you”. (NIV) Just as your Messenger stands before you as a servant of God, an instrument by which the Holy Spirit teaches, so does the Holy Spirit guide each and every Messenger of God.

The Counselor… will through guidance teach and increase our relationships, our love and our desire to serve a risen Savior. These Messengers having a calling upon them by God are to be used to teach one another, increasing their faith, their love of God, and their understanding of the Word under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. These spirit filled messengers will visit each other’s congregations periodically to allow the Spirit of God to enhance, teach and guide the body of Christ and to strengthen their faith. Each of you will benefit from the teachings of the Holy Spirit and through the gifts of the Spirit utilized by these Messengers who are delivering God’s lessons and messages.

One of these Messengers may be used by God to touch you as an individual. Another may be utilized to touch your brother or sister in Christ and to increase their faith. Perhaps even bringing that lost soul in the back of your building into a relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ. Under the guidance of the Holy Spirit these Messengers will increase your faith and your compassion to serve God the Father. As these messengers are bringing the messages to your congregation… your Body of Christ is being built up. Faith comes from hearing… hearing from the Word of God… Romans 10:17 “Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word of Christ”. (NIV)

Through the unification of the Bodies of Christ… assistance and help on community or Christian projects is obtainable. If your congregation for example wants to run a food pantry, you can make it a community project in conjunction with the local unified body of Christ. Can you imagine a youth rally… where the teenagers of all the Churches come together? How many teens would come? Whose congregation will teach these new Christians? It could be yours… Once your Unified Body of Christ is united and working together, you may decide that you would like to sponsor a Crusade in your local areas.

Awakening Ministries will help you do this with a simple request that your local congregation be responsible for the new Christians in that area (adding membership to your Church). Assist these new Christians to come to the knowledge of the awesome gifts given to those who love and have accepted Jesus Christ into their hearts and lives. Guide these new Christians (the bible describes as babies in Christ) into God’s greatest love… the forgiveness… the mercy… and the blessings from our Father in Heaven.

Awakening Ministries has already taken the step of faith as we reached out into the world and established Awakening Ministries Organizations in India and West Africa. Praise God that these countries have taken that step of faith and established local organizations in their homeland. We gladly welcome each and every spirit filled messenger of God or a member of God’s family into God’s Organization. The Council of Seven will establish a structure in the world and different levels in countries to keep the message pure by utilizing checks and balances.

We understand that the world is very large and we needed to establish regions in order to successfully deliver the Gospel of Jesus Christ. What God’s ministries all over the world are currently doing is supplying the Awakening Ministries office with contact information (names, addresses, email addresses) for each and every messenger within his or her current organization. The information provided will assist Awakening Ministries in establishing the councils of seven (God’s perfect number) to oversee the ministries locally and abroad.

The design will look something like this: Awakening Ministries, Inc  ~ Africa Council ~ India Council ~ American Council~ Regional Councils~ Local Bodies of Christ (Churches) ~ Delivery of the Gospel of Jesus Christ…

These Councils of Seven shall be responsible for the gathering and sharing of information concerning Awakening Ministries for their location or country, overseeing projects and activities under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. This includes financial responsibilities locally, regionally and country level. They will assist in the planning and setting up God’s Crusades/Revivals throughout the world as needed and work closely with other messengers. It is by God’s word that we not step out in faith and stretch forth our hands… because we need to get excited… and busy preparing for the awesome movement of God? God’s word says that: “ We are to tithe 10% of our income to God”… “Let’s give back to God that which belongs to God”... Let’s put God’s money back into God’s Ministries… Amen?

We have set up and established a system in which financial funding comes from the Body of Christ (Churches) through tithes and offerings (missions or love). What has been established under the guidance of the Holy Spirit is the following format. Each Body of Christ (Church) in the local areas shall tithe 10% of its income to the local Awakening Ministries (Council of Seven). The Local Awakening Ministries (Council of Seven) then tithes 10% to the Awakening Ministries Regional Office (Council of Seven). Then the Awakening Ministries Regional Office (Council of Seven) shall tithe 10% of its income to the Awakening Ministries Headquarters (International Office).

This means that 90% of the tithes shall stay within their local areas to be utilized for Educational, Preaching and Teaching, and to support God’s work throughout the local areas. The 10% that comes to the Headquarters office shall be utilized to cover expenses as we continue fulfilling the “Great Commission”. The tithes (10%) can be made via the Internet from God’s website (using the donate button) and will be deposited into the Awakening Ministries account. God’s blessings of Missions and Love Offerings shall be sent directly to the Awakening Ministries Headquarters either Internet option or through the United States Postal Service.

This process is being established to enable us as messengers of God to keep the message pure… the mission faithful… and funding for God’s work. It is to establish organizational structure (which is necessary) for accountability. Each and every messenger shall be accountable to each other, the Council of Seven and to Awakening Ministries… but most importantly… to GOD! We always welcome feedback and suggestions as we bring this vision into reality under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Let us grow in strength and unity while we communicate effectively with each other, for it is through our communication with one another that we learn what God has to say through divine inspiration.

Those who are being led under the guidance of the Holy Spirit are joining with Awakening Ministries in a common vision. Awakening Ministries, God’s Ministry is growing. Reaching out to the lost, allowing the Holy Spirit to work through His messengers so that God’s will be done. In short, God is working through Awakening Ministries to bring people to a personal relationship with His Son Jesus Christ. We need local bodies of Christ to take care of these new Christians.

We need you to help us; in helping us your local congregation grows spiritually and physically. If you are sitting there saying to yourself, how can I help a new Christian or isn’t that the Pastors job? Then the Holy Spirit is touching you as you read these words. If you are thinking that you are not worthy to teach a new Christian… then you must remember that Satan is the father of all lies and deception. The Holy Spirit wants you to understand that God called you to service and Satan will try any trick or deception to stop you!

You are each part of the Body of Christ. Every Christian is part of the Body of Christ. Each and every Christian has the Holy Spirit living inside (dwelling) and guiding us daily. We stand firm upon the world of God which says: “Ask in the name of Jesus and you shall receive” as we reach out to our Brother’s and Sister’s… the lost… and the backslidden seeking their salvation and name entered into the book of life. We must trust in God!!! “Taste of the Lord and know that He is good”…

Teams! Teams! Needed for Crusades, Revivals and Seminars. We believe God for teams from different levels of this organization to come together and commit to service for our Lord Jesus Christ as they do the work of the Lord. Your Pastor may want to go to India or even West Africa or another member of your local congregation. You may want to be on a planning committee for a local project, regional project or an International Crusade. Awakening Ministries needs you!
